Item. Year and day as stated before. We, brothers et cetera.

That, from Toulouse through those things which we established by inquiry, from many witnesses, against P. Garcia of the Burg of the city of Toulouse, we hold him suspect of heresy, and although we have laid down in writing those things which, by inquiry, were found against him, and have offered many opportunities for defense, he did not wish to defend himself before us, although he was summoned and waited upon longer than expected, we bind him, as suspect of heresy and contumacious, with the chains of excommunication.

Enacted at Toulouse in the church of Saint-Sernin, witnesses: as stated before.
