Item. On the year and day as above Guilhem de Rosengue, sworn witness, said that at the request of Arnald Godalh, the witness himself and Bernard Garnier led Guilhem Vidal and his companion, heretics, from the gates of Mal Cosseil to Puybusque, and delivered said heretics to Peire Cap-de-Porc. But the witness did not adore said heretics nor did he see others adore. This was about six years ago.

Item. The witness saw Guilhem Vidal and his companions, heretics, in a place called Lo Radel. He saw there with them Jordan de Quiders; Pons Barrau; Arnald Garnier; Pons, the brother of said Arnald; Pons Gauta; Guallard Amelh; Pons Rainart; and many others whom he cannot recall. This was about six years ago.

Item. The witness saw Bernard Johan and Peire Faure, heretics, many times in the home of Peire Cap-de-Porc. He saw there with them Bernard Amelh; Pons Rainart; Guilhem Amelh de Solha; Guallard Amelh; and many others whom he cannot recall. The witness and all adored the said heretics many times. This was about 7 years ago.

Item. The witness said that when he was a boy he saw heretics standing in public near Mirepoix. He did not remember seeing heretics otherwise.

Item. The witness said that he believed the heretics to be good, and have good faith, and were true, and were friends of God. He heard heretics say that God did not make visible things and that there is no salvation in marriage, and the witness himself believed as they said. He did not hear the heretics speak of the holy host, of baptism, or of resurrection. it was about 12 years ago that he first believed the heretics to be good and about four years ago that he left those beliefs behind. And this was confessed to brother Guilhem Arnald and brother Ferrier, inquisitors, but no penance was given, and thereafter the witness did not see heretics.

Item. The witness saw Bernard de Planis and his companions, heretics, in the home of the Cap-de-Porcs, and saw with them the witness' father Arnald de Rosengue, and both listened to the said heretics' preaching and adored them. This was four years ago. He abjured heresy and swore, etc. Witnesses: as stated above.
